ok, I officially give up on the TCM.... KY good luck to you... you can continue!
I started wth this TCM doctor who was supposed to be very good and everything. Endured lots of vile- tasting chinese medicines and getting poked by needles in accupunture sessions.
All this suffering was supposed to cure by frequent bouts of intense tension headaches. But what the heck... I'm still getting them. *sigh* Ok, to be fair, in the beginning, it seemed like the time between each bout of headache was less, but I think on average, its turned out to be more or less the same! And whenever one of these strike, I still end up suffering for 2 to 4 days before it fades away.
So seriously, I'm not going to pay serious money (it's $120 or more per session ok?!?), eat seriously bad tasting meds, get poked by seriously lethal looking needles for NOTHING! Grrrr..... no more no more no more!
I'll just have to learn some deep- breathing and hone my tahan-ing skills, damnit.
