A First
Arrested my first, solo, OWI tonight. They are different when you are the primary officer, but there was no doubt in my mind that he was over the legal limit. He ended up blowing a 0.13
So not a bad evening. Very busy - no time to do reports at all. You'd finish with one call and immediately get dispatched to your next call. I like that though, makes the shift fly by.
I swear my Sgt wants to see me lynched by other officers downtown. Twice today she screwed me over on the radio and made me look like I was ducking calls. Great, I need that. Geez.
Tomorrow is a football game. That means lots of drunk college students fighting and just generally being loud. Some of them really are a lot of fun though!
I'm tired. Long day. Up at 6:45a for hockey, then to the gym, then out for a run, then off to work with 2.5 hours of OT. Finally I'm going to bed and if all goes well I'll stay there, asleep, until 10am at least!
