1) New Ideas For Journal
I want to include more anime/manga reviews, go back to reviewing Japanese dramas, as well as books, cult television, and movies (old and new) - this was the original intention of me getting LJ so I intend to get back into this in the coming months as well as track what I have seen and read so far, etc., etc...
I also want to continue the Heroes spoiler posts as often as I find the news, as well as often as Heroes is airing. Obviously, after FUGITIVES spoilers will drop dramatically and it is in this time frame that more reviews will pop up, but I will keep my eyes peeled; I have the feeling that FUGITIVES is not the end of Heroes at all...
I also feel like I ought to bring you guys picspam more often as everyone ♥'s picspam all over this world ♫ :D So I think a monthly picspam is due, or small picspam if I can be bothered with all the slow uploading on photobucket...because hotlinking is st00pid, biyotchs. Rest assured the picspam will be totally nonsensical. XDD
I will also link to videos I find (which is legal...embedding, blah blah -.-;) which I know some of you will love (Nerd!Zach) and of course recommendations for stuff linked to other stuff will always be included.
2) Life In General
Okay, so I just completed my Harold 'Mitch' Mitchell monologue for English Literature as well as it's intro. Hell yes! ♦ :DD I think it sounds quite good. I used a lot of slang, and I tried oh-so-very-hard to make it sound American-ish rather than British. I found that a lot of people do that when they are trying to re-write original works which are set in America like Streetcar named Desire is - they sound English-accented by the end... - so I tried to make it sound genuine and I think it worked (absolutely no stereotyping either - that just kills text wherever it's supposed to be set... >.>;;;) and I hope I do okay on it. FINGERS CROSSED, GUYS :D I love script-writing! ♥ I find it kinda 'okay' to convey emotions and stuff through text so I am glad I chose THIS subject at least, LOL! :DDD If I can get into university and study something like/similar to this I will be set. Seriously. (Getting a job in it is another matter but...wtf.)
Also, next Monday I am back to school. Thursday afternoon sees my first AS-level...Psychology. I THINK I am okay. I am gonna go revise at about half-five - look over my Psych. notes and then tomorrow I will doublecheck on cognitive psychology. OMG it's so draining, but I know what Chlorpromazine does and also Fluoxetine, and did I mention the dopaminergic receptors? ;D <- SHOWOFF!NERD. Okay, so that's only one approach but the fact that I remembered something logical is amazing.
Heh, I remembered Freud easy as! XDD But that's only because its weird... Oh and I also remember cognitive stuffs (computer brain!) because of Heroes and good ol' Sylo. XDDD See?! There IS a benefit from watching cult sci-fi obsessively...it helps me learn brain stuffs.
Although thanks to it, I did once totally 'kind-of' 'weird out' the whole class when we were playing the register!game in englit. Teacher usually tells us to yell out: NAMES OF BOOKS, NAMES OF POETS...but this one week really recently it was: NAMES OF SUPERPOWERS. People were yelling: OMG LIGHTNING, WEATHER-CHANGING, FLAMES!! :DD I...kind of said: INTUITIVE APTITUDE. Only about three people, including teach, kind of thought: Wait...that's from...Heroes right? I had to explain it. GOD I FELT LIKE A NERD. But it was worth it. XDDD Any other Heroes/comic book fan would've geeked out at that point and Hayate is NO exception. XDDDD HAHAHAH. XDDD *I amuse myself anyway...that's a given*
Okay, feel like it's time to watch some cult comedy tv: Shooting Stars tiem now plz? Check it out if you want really bizarre and surreal humour...srsly, it's hilarity embodied in the form of two crazies. :DDDD Matt Lucas is in it if that pushes ya. Srsly, it IS wtfery...it's the motherload of wtfery! XDDDDD
PS: I started watching Chuck yesterday! I quite like it! ZL ftw. XD *First new programme for 2009 methinks... ;D*
