It wasn't the best made scarf, and it certainly didn't rival anything that their mother could make, but Ron would find on the end of his bed a knitted scarf of Gryffindor colors that Ginny had made.

He would also find a small game of quidditch with miniature players flying about the pitch. Chudley Canons of course and if he looked very closely he could see a miniature Ron playing among them. (A bit like Muggle Fantasy Football)

The card featured Ginny's singing voice because yes she is just that cruel. Luckily for Ron, she's improved since the infamous get well card for Harry. Unfortunately for Ron, she hasn't improved that much.

At the end of Ron's bed is a photo album with wizarding pictures of all the happy times he and Harry have had. From their first meeting on the Hogwarts Express to just before the war. There are pictures of all their mates from Hogwarts as well as all the Weasleys.

When he gets to the page where he won the Quidditch Cup for Gryffindor, the crowd is singing Weasley is our King.

There is a hand scrawled note in the back, because really Harry's handwriting is terrible, it reads... Love, Harry.
