I went to the gym at sdsu last night to buy a membership. It's been exactly 1 year since I canceled it; 2006 wasn't a good year for exercise. Anyway, when I go to the gym I like to take the back road, it winds up behind cox arena right past parking structure 6.
Parking structure 6 is where I saw all the cop cars last night. They were standing around some guy on the ground. He looked like he was dead. There were some other people there, not cops, just people. They were walking around the parking lot. It looked like they were doing some explaining.
I was with Amber, in her car, and when we got to the top of the hill we heard sirens coming towards us. A fire truck came around the corner and behind that was an ambulance. The ambulance was slow and clumsy. It was kind of funny to watch actually. It looked like the driver was drunk.
It was a hassle trying to set up my gym membership because they couldn't establish an access code for me. We were there longer than I had wanted to be, but whatever. It wasn't a big deal.
On our way out we drove past parking structure 6 again. The area around the body had been taped off and there was a spot light spread out over him.
He was definitely dead.
That's the second corpse I've seen.
