I booked our wedding yesterday in the Mayan Riveriera at a resort called Barcelo Maya Beach. It's 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen + Tulum, and directly across from Cozumel. It's booked June 12-18th, 2016. The resort sits oceanfront with 2km of private beach spread across the property with a MASSIVE pool that also spans the length. It's been recently renovated and is a 5 star across the board. I've never been to mexico, let alone a 5 star resort so it should be a nice treat!

The link I posted is to the man I chose for our wedding photographer. The link I posted has an album at the top, and directly below it a video of the "trash the dress" package he offers. He will take us to a private cenote ( https://www.google.ca/search?q=mayan+riviera+cenotes&espv=2&biw=1886&bih=544&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=AOIvVZShKJCSoQTTl4CABA&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAg ) and spend a few hours shooting above and below photos of us in our wedding clothes. Growing up on yacht has always been something that is a big part of who I am and I always wanted to incorporate water into my wedding. Up until now I thought having my feet in the ocean during our vows would be the only way to achieve this, however I have now found this incredible alternative that has just turned the standard wedding excitement into a full blown HOLYFUCKINGSHITTHOSEARETHECOOLESTWEDDINGPHOTOSEVER! I am doing this instead of hiring a photographer to shoot the actual ceremony as... well, who cares. We've all seen that photo album. It's expensive and the most expensive component to the wedding.... but damn, SO worth it :D
