I have been having pretty intense dreams every night for a while now but last nights was just a bit noticeable. My dreams are never so direct! If something good is going on in my life, I don't think it ever reflects in my dreams? Not unless I really really want it to?

But my dreams are often vivid. Sometimes I can hear music. Some scientists say that you're not supposed to "hear" anything, but I swear I hear music, and wake up with the tune in my head without recalling the name. Sometimes I recognize the song, and it'll stay with me forever. And I always get this funny feeling later on when I hear the song again, because I remember it from the dream, and it brings back to me the same feelings I had in it.

Did you know, some scientists say you're not really supposed to recognize color, either? But I swear I have seen color before! When I was young, I dreamed in black and white and then gradually everything turned red--blood red--and I woke up because it startled me. Then I discovered that my nose was bleeding.

They also say you're not supposed to be able to read, because dreaming occurs in the other part of your brain. So, you must think you read but you're not really reading. But I swear I have read before, because I woke up with the phrase that I saw in my head, and it was such a weird thing to have come up in a dream. I still remember it, but of course it doesn't make any sense, although it was grammatically correct.
