It was dark; in every direction was there nothing and of nothing was the form of all the world, and it was darkness. In it was there a black shade cascading over everywhere that had been thought of, they had thought of it, and it was true. There was something there, though it was nothing, it was full of a black endlessness and it could be fathomed that it was everything.
The world was open, and there was the chance for everything they could think of to be put there, and they cherished her, and they were grateful for her and they loved her. That endless darkness, that beautiful black, there was nothing it would deny, and so was it known more kind and caring than its predecessor, that the oppressive and suffocating power that had made it so exhausting to move, so painful to make, and that ate up all of their creations and made it so nothing could be.
They'd taken the oppression of the first way of things and, through dedication and constant prayer, had opened it to give a new face to the place of thoughts, and that knew place took all of the things that they thought to it and kept them alive, and kept their thoughts as though they were sacred, and they worshiped the glory of it and built, and built, and built more.
In the constant flow of work, it came to it that they had built their own bodies, and so were their forms real and true, and the lot of them worked and labored to make things that were things, places that were places, spells that were spells. They labored in the dark and they brought these great things up in the world they had created, and they filled it with thoughts and creations until it had become full.
When there was no longer room for anything, they toiled as to make more space, and they taught their world that whenever there was more, there was to be more room, and room was to be made for it, and they continued laboring for it to know their creations and their thoughts, and giving it all the things and all the ways for things as they could imagine, and they labored and toiled and they made good works, they shaped beautiful worlds and they set the way for incredible lifeforms to come to be true someday.
Thus marks the events of the First of Days. That there had been the oppression against all things, that they defeated it and created the endless black, and thought to it and created in it and made it to explore becoming bigger and greater, that they marked great lands and planned great lives for the land. This was their life, it was their way, it was what they knew.
