false sense of accomplishment
Just thought I'd comment...the last time I talked with my mother she was like,
"Yeah just got back from Passavant [the assisted living home my grandma is in since having a stroke], had to get my daily dose of downer..."
"...that was ignorant, I shouldn't have said that."
