kitchen fail
so i tried making rice krispies today.
big FAIL
don't know how it happened, but i ended up making carmelized marshmallow goo
instead of melting nicely, they started turning golden.
and this is after about 30 min of trying to get the damn stuff to melt. haven't tasted it yet, so no idea if it tastes good.
if i was just making these for myself i would have just used it as is. but i don't think my folk's would like them.
ETA: okay, the goo tastes pretty awesome. gonna re-melt it to make my own half batch of treats...
