Keeping Track Of The Fall Season (episodes seen the last two weeks because work was crazy and I didn't have time last weekend)
Last Resort (Voluntold/Skeleton Crew) [Spoiler (click to open)]HOLY FUCK. THIS SHOW IS SO FUCKING GOOD AND NOBODY IS WATCHING IT. WHYYYYYYY? Seriously though. This was easily the best episode since the pilot. Holy fuck was that tense. If you're not watching it you're doing it wrong. According to rumour ABC has comissioned more episode scripts, but that doesn't mean fuck all if the ratings go down even more. :-( Elementary (Child Predator/The Rat Race) [Spoiler (click to open)]The Mystery in Child Predator was better than the one in Rat Race, but as far as character development goes they were both absolutely perfect and all the haters can just go and fuck off. Lucy Liu's Watson is an awesome character and the flawed and absolutely human Sherlock that Jonny Lee Miller is playing here is a work of art. I love the partnership that's evolving. Also, I absolutely love Gregson in that paternal role that's very close to canon. It makes my Sherlock Holmes heart sing coincidentally I'm shipping both Gregson/Sherlock and Joan/Sherlock like burning, but I really don't want either of them to be canon at all. Homeland (State Of Independance/New Car Smell) [Spoiler (click to open)]OMG. OMFG. I just can't with how good this series is. First that Cliffhanger at the end of State of Independance (And the heartbreaking 'I was right' moment between Saul and Carrie) and then the whole episode that was New Car Smell and that fucking climax with Carrie actually arresting Brody. Not to mention the bar scene ('What is it with us and bars?') and that heartbreaking scene in the hotel room ('I really liked you, Carrie.'/'I loved you!'). Easily the best episode since The Weekend. Arrow (Honor Thy Father/Lone Gunmen) [Spoiler (click to open)]Lone Gunman was a bit disappointing, tbqh, but I love the family stuff between the Queens and I'm seriously hoping that the bodyguard is now in the know. Also hoping to see more of Felicity Smoak. The IT discussion ('I spilled a latte on it'/'those are bullet holes') was a highlight. It's a bit too much of backstory so far. And the voice overs are a touch ridiculous. Revenge (Confidence/Intuition) [Spoiler (click to open)]WHO SAW THAT FALL COMING? I certainly didn't though I did say to myself 'those shoes are a bit high for a pregnant woman' in an earlier scene'. Isn't it funny how just as I was starting to like Amanda again they send her into a coma? Damn, though. Daniel is getting smarter (and less boring), Conrad is still a fucking asshole and dude, Emily's mum tried to fucking drown her?. Love, love, LOVE it. Once Upon A Time (The Lady Of The Lake/The Crocodile) [Spoiler (click to open)]LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANCELOT. <-- Loving him like burning okay?. Also, Hook is hot. Somebody involved in casting has a type though, if you look at the Huntsman, Mad Hatter and now Hook. And am I right and Rumpelstilskin's son is Peter Pan? I never actually understood the name... Nashville (I Can't Help It (That I'm Still In Love With You)/Someday You'll Call My Name [Spoiler (click to open)]Yeaah. I'm warming up to Juliette, though all I'm watching for right now is Connie Britton and to see if Gunnar and Scarlett (what's with these names anyway?) make it big. Scarlett's boyfriend is still a douche though. Hate him so fucking much. American Horror Story: Asylum (Welcome To Briar Cliff/Tricks and Treats) [Spoiler (click to open)]AMERICAN HORROR STORY IS BACK! And it's wackier than ever before. Alien abductions? Murder? Excorcisms? Sex-obsessed nuns? I'M FUCKING READY FOR THIS Disliking the lesbian teacher storyline though, but I get that it's a thing with Ryan Murphy. The Good Wife (Two Girls One Code/Don't Haze Me Bro) [Spoiler (click to open)]MORE ELI GOLD FOR THE WIN. It's about time that he gets more scenes again. I missed him. The cases get weirder with every season though....
