(no subject)
i just got back from puerto rico. i have never seen so many puerto ricans in my life. hmmm.
heres a list of observations.
Puerto Rico:
-no matter what age, all women wore bikinis. i saw like this 70 year old woman with a thong bathing suit. might i add, it was awesome.
-surfing is like mainstream down there so like even old men were surf brand clothes and skateboarding shoes.
-there was a lot of poverty but there was also a whole lot of wealth.
-one of the most popular current songs is "milkshake" by kelis. two 12 year old puerto rican girls came up to me and started singing it like with broken english haha it was funny.
-its really warm there.
-lots of fast food resturants.
-mesh hats are "in".
-baseball is quite popular.
-people are really nice and really polite.
-there are lots of iguanas.
-people like walking up to your car at traffic lights and selling you water.
-puerto ricans in america are more gangster than puerto ricans like, in fact, live in.. puerto rico. not that theres anything wrong with gangsters. nothin like a good gangster, right?
