How is that that so many of these fabulous, incredible people I know can be so down on themselves in their various ways. It drives me insane. I mean, I understand it, don't get me wrong - I've been there - but sometimes I still can't come to terms with it. It's the smart ones with the problem - they see it all and find nothing in return. Because there just isn't anything any more. Call me a hippy, but I'm so up for chucking it all in in the future, embracing a life of peace and reflection. All that's lacking is our emphasis - it should be on ourselves and each other; not money, or status or how much we feel we've achieved. Haha I just want to spread the love - I totally should have grown up in the 70s (no I don't mean it like that really - those days are over!)
