recsrainbow is now open for posting on Dreamwidth and with it a few updates:

- An archive of recsrainbow from 2003 to 2017 is now hosted at
rainbow_mod. - Posting to
recsrainbow is open to anyone on Dreamwidth, but the posts will be moderated. - If you would rather not create a Dreamwidth account or post yourself for whatever reasons, then you have an option of contacting
recsrainbow with your submission and the moderator will post your submission for you. Either email recsrainbow@gmail.com or send a private message through Dreamwidth to
rainbow_mod. - Recommendation sites must meet one of the following criteria:
- A dedicated website or blogging account for fanwork recs
- A dedicated recommendation list for fanwork recs
- If a mixed content website or blogging account, it must have:
- A dedicated tag for the fanwork recs (e.g. rec, recs);
- The dedicated tag is consistently used to tag content with fanwork recs;
- And at least ~10% of the site or account content is fanwork recs (e.g. ~1 in 10 original posts is a fanwork rec)
- A dedicated tag for the fanwork recs (e.g. rec, recs);
- A dedicated website or blogging account for fanwork recs
