In cleaning up the mess, though, one last werewolf gets created. And somehow that’s not even the most unexpected development in Chris’s life that year.

She doesn’t remember how it got this far, can’t imagine what pushed her to be this way. Maybe nothing did. She doesn’t know what it says that the only person she trusts to help with this is Derek.

While Derek insists that he's not Julia Roberts in Eat, Pray, Love, he does find himself drawn to another tourist, Stiles, who he keeps crossing paths with again and again. Derek is willing to write this off as a coincidence, or even luck finally being in his favor, until he realizes that one of Stiles' travelling companions is an Argent.
Derek/Stiles: "Fine Woodworking" by LolaFeist (PG) -- Derek has grown accustomed to listening for the eccentric rhythm of Stiles' heartbeat.
Derek/Stiles: "A Year In Sleepovers" by sarcasticfishes (NC-17) -- The first time Stiles ended up in Derek’s bed was New Year’s Eve. He was seventeen, a little drunk, and he begged.

Stiles/Peter: "betrayed by bones" by veterization (NC-17) -- Stiles stumbles into wolfsbane that forces him to seek out contact from a particular person to stay alive. That person just happens to be Peter. Stiles hates his life sometimes.
