I'm pretty sure Blackthorn City has a Pokemart too, so I think you can place an order there and it'll come in two days! At least... that's how it worked in other cities besides Goldenrod. Maybe they have a book that lists all the TMs in it.

That certainly sounds viable. However, I suppose my main concern is if the catalog itself is up-to-date with all of the current TMs available.

After all, I will not stand for anything than a complete source.

Ah! An ice-rendition of the Bite attack? It sounds rather useful.

The attack could potentially be useful for pokemon which high attack stats, especially against the dragon type.
