This place keeps alternating between chaos and dullness. I can't decide which is more annoying.

He's sentient and has more personality than a lot of drips here. That's person enough for me.

He didn't factor in the possibility of rampancy or other difficulties with the AI program, and it eventually ended with disasters like Washington, Texas and Arizona. And the Virginias trying to kill him.
