Yes, but never to the right people.

...it's not permanent, at least. Dying. You get killed, you come back after a few days.

I would assume something would come of dying, beyond the pain of course. Do you lose something, a shorter life? Setting up a world where death means nothing at all, hardly sounds smart.

Apparently, you lose a memory from your life before you came here. Small price to pay, but I'm not precisely sure and I don't plan on finding out firsthand.

...this place and the people running it have never been the epitome of smart, really.
