My father's messenger returned a few moments ago, he said that he'll be home in two days. I'll just have to wait until then, I think I shall invite someone over to keep myself company. Hopefully not someone who will talk about who they want to marry...

I can't wait until Father returns though, I'll be able to go out riding then. He told the Stable man to not let me near the horses after last time...
