No more wine.

And I most assuredly do not dance. At all.

Wine is good for you. ♥

And of course you do, you just need better persuasion. I'll find a girl for you yet, don't you worry~

It definitely is not. Now some good ale, that's the normal thing to drink, not this strange wine that does odd things to my head.

I disagree, and I don't need you to find me a girl. Should I want to find one, I can do it myself, really.

It is too, you're just not used to it. Though I can't say I'd refuse good ale, either.

You obviously just don't know you want one. Ah, there's a fine looking candidate right now~!

[ooc: Trying to catch a girl's eye so as to introduce them. X3; ]

I'd rather not get used to it, thank you very much.

Oh no. Oh no, no, no, no, no. You know what, I have a rather lot of work to do tomorrow, I really ought to get back...

[ooc: Cue Remus trying to sneak off. XD;]

Testy. It's a party! Relax a bit, will you?

Don't be ridiculous. I refuse to let you go back to being cooped up in that horrible room on your night off.

[ooc: Remus has got a very strong arm slung around his shoulder now. >3 Not going anywhere~]

I...don't much like feeling out of control of myself. The wine is quite good, though.

My night off, you mean the night off you had to finagle considering your father's disapproval of this event?

Understandable. And yes, His Highness certainly knows how to treat his people~ Some of the best I've ever had.

Yes, that one. It's a good thing you've left such a good impression on my parents; they probably thought you'd make sure I didn't do anything to embarrass them.

Yes, it rather does seem so, doesn't it?

Sounds about right. It does rather seem as if I've been changed to a babysitter, doesn't it?

Don't know what you're on about, I've been the one having to force proper party behavoir out of you. I shudder to think of what'd you'd have done had not been here~

Well, there is a book calling my name back at the manor. Though watching you practice the ideology of...courtly love...has been entertaining, I suppose. And once again, there is rather good - and strong - wine.

Is there ever a time when a book is not calling your name, Remus?

Entertaining and educational, I hope.

...

No. Which is a good thing, as I think I might not know what to do with myself in the case of such an event.

Much more the former than the latter. I'd make a cake of myself if I said the things you do.

Never fear. If ever such a time should come, I'll be right by to make sure you don't wander off a bridge in your distress and confusion. We'd figure something out.

It's all confidence~ The same goes for dancing. You'd be fine at both if you were more sure of yourself.

Goodness, whatever would I do without you making sure I don't do daft things like walking off of bridges and the like?

Not quite. Confidence while having two left feet just results in bruised toes, and I don't mean mine.

Walk off bridges, I imagine. Or into walls. Get run over by carriages. I could go on.

You are determined to be a horrible dancer, and it probably has less to do with left feet than it does a fear of making mistakes and looking silly, I'd wager. Well~! I'll root that out of you someday.

Oh, honestly!

You'll corrupt him!

[OOC; She's not amused. Nope. Nuh-uh.]
