Who is it, again, that you were defending? Our peasantry? (They hate you for it, the same as anyone else.) The nobility? (Most of them have been deposed or taken down a notch, thanks to you.) The military? (How many of them did you kill, anyway?)

So--who, lady-general, did you come here with the intention of protecting?
