restaurant week celebration!
Last night the suitemates, well, as many as could come or wanted to come went to Tavern on the Green last night. It is Restaurant Week in New York. So, New Yorkers of all income types go out to as many restaurants as they can afford at the discounted price of $30.04 for a three-course meal. I had the Lobster Bisque (excellent), Lamb, and Chocolate Cake for dinner. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Christie went to Thalia's last night because she already had plans. It is quite wonderful when you can discuss food. It makes you so hungry even if you're so stuffed. I wish that I could go to another restaurant, but it seems like I was the last person to decide that I wanted to enjoy Restaurant Week so... I am out of luck, hah.
Oh, and I don't know what's up with my hair in the photo, but whatever!
