Career: After Hogwarts, Stevie started working as an intern at Chase The Lyric. Over the years, she climbed up from intern to audio engineer to now: one of the youngest Record Producers at the label. She doesn't want to climb any higher, she loves coaching artists through finding their sound and then making that happen. In addition, she's a writer and session musician for the label. All of her professional credits are under the name S. Bell--she hates people thinking that she got where she is because of her mother.
Her personal music is completely separate from the label. She records and does everything herself and releases it for Pay What You Want on the internet. There's also a video channel, it's 50% just talking about what novels she's read lately, but she does put a lot of work into music videos and even some covers. Stevie loves concept albums, and she loves having complete creative control. She knows she's not particularly marketable (a lesbian with a weird voice, weird music, and crippling stage fright) but that doesn't bother her--she's surprised anybody pays attention at all but she's got a very small but very dedicated little fanbase. Mostly she puts out concept EPs, she hasn't put out a full-length album and doesn't have any plans to. Truly, she's just doing it for the art of it and to tell good stories. She inherited her mother's thing of being a perfectly nice and cheerful person who can get into some awfully dark songs.
Personal Life: Stevie has continued being a terribly anxious person and has, in some ways, gotten worse. Professionally, she hides behind her "look" (it pays off, having Charlotte as one of your BFFs) to appear confident, but it's really nice to have an office now so she doesn't have to hide in closets to have panic attacks anymore. She's trying to get her shit together, but it's a lot easier to look together than it is to be together. Still, she's not constantly panicking--she has a lot of hobbies: she reads voraciously, she's taken up photography, and she's an avid runner. Every morning before work she runs a few miles and she's even done a couple races and marathons. Even more personally thing's are...not great. Not that she hasn't dated a lot, she has, but she has a knack for gravitating to women who're controlling and she's gotten hurt a lot. It doesn't help that she's got no concept of saying "no" and that she puts up with too much and moves way too fast. She'd never call any of her past relationships abusive (nobody's ever hit her!) but they've definitely been unhealthy. She just really wants somebody to love her.
