Hi! i'm a new member, as might be obvious...
Apparantly it's an odd thing for a 17 year old to collect vinyl, but i just don't understand why anyone wouldn't. i'd say i'm on my way to a collection, but nowhere near it yet.
I have about... 32 LPs at last count, thanks to my local true blue record store, Penny Lane, putting about half of it's stock in the $1 bins... i think my greatest finds so far have been Pink Floyd's The Wall double LP, which has a tiny scratch on it, and The Who - Quadrophenia double LP, which is in perfect condition, except that the sleeve is a little tatty.
I love records with all my heart... and as soon as i get some more money i'm going straight back there, because my friend got Abbey Road for $1... and i'm hoping they have another one hidden somewhere :D
