I had a series of funky dreams last night. Let me see if I can recall them well.
In one portion, the longest and most prominent one, I was at a house with a long dirt slope. This was a house that we would visit on vacations, and it served different purposes in different seasons. At the bottom of this slope were two mountain lions in a sort of cage (I remember thinking it was a cage but that it didn't really keep them in). The lions had an owner, and they were only around in the summer I believe. I remember I heard about them a bit before I finally saw them when we visited in the summer. Leandro and Faby asked me how big they were, and I explained to them that they looked normal-sized from the top of the slope, but that they were actually much larger. Their heads were equivalent to the size of my body in a ball (which seemed really big in my dream). My dad, Bryan and Donna were there, and they didn't think much of the mountain lions, but I was secretly afraid of them. I remember I was near their cage and one of them took an interest in me and started licking me (as I was in a fetal position), and then it walked away. I went inside the house there, and the owner was gone. He had left a list of rules regarding caring for the lions and how to act around them, and I remember one of them was this: "If you wake up and realize that you have a lot to get done that you won't be able to finish, don't let it scare you. They can smell fear and may attack." I remember feeling somewhat frightened by this, but then realizing that they had never actually killed someone before -- if they had the owner wouldn't let them be so free.
