So Helo's had it, huh? I have to say that this reminds me of the scene in AMoS with Roslin and Apollo debating genocide. I can totally see Helo, who I think usually keeps his reservations about his government and president to himself, reaching the end of his rope - especially with the scenario you've set up of (I assume) Sharon in a forced coma in the Black Ships and her continued imprisonment for the two years after reaching Earth.

I wanted to let you know I've pimped these two stories on my lj.

And you've rekindled my interest in The West Wing - I've added it to my Netflix queue to watch the eps I missed!

Thanks for the rec, I appreciate it. Sounds like your friends list and mine dont' cross very much.

No our friends list don't cross much. That's why I rec'd your stories because *most* of my flist loves good fiction, and I didn't think many of them were noticing yours. My "caveats" in my rec are for the few people on my flist who cannot stand the thought of Helo or Sharon being portrayed as anything but the good guys without fault (or being portrayed with anyone but each other). I honestly didn't want them coming over to your stories and starting fresh wars.

Eagerly anticipating the next chapter.

It might be a little slow, I'm in the last few classes before exams start.

Oh. She has done nothing with Helo. Yet. LOL I'm terrifically fond of "bucket of pudding" as a simile.

Oh, Jed, Jed, Jed... I can totally here his voice. And I couldn't decide whether or not to use this icon or my Flamingo icon. Grrr.

hehe, it started as a bucket of j-ello, but Mel objected to him making the brand reference. ;)

I was a huuuuge TWW fan and I love BSG, I just adore this fic. The crossover idea is genious and I think everybody's in character.

I find the idea of Ellie/Helo intringuing, and I would love to see it.

Jed? Brilliantly written.

I was somehow lulled into reading this Battlestar crossover, which unlike most of them, is not only well-written but convincing as its complexity collides with the multi-faceted West Wing.

Oh, and it stars Helo too!

Well, I'm glad someone lulled you into reading it. ;) Hopefully once my finals are over I can get back to it.

Oh how I love this series! You really capture the complexity of both worlds and the characters. I am in awe. Can't wait to read the next chapter. :)

Life overtook me for a bit, but there will be more of this sometime. I just need not to be going crazy when I'm writing it. THank you though, I'm very proud of this world.

I was just coming over to find one of the ways you had someone describe Roslin and saw this post that you are still going to work on this in the future. Here's hoping that life will stop being crazy so you can give us more of this world! Okay, that sounds selfish but I think you know what I mean :)
