need all of yous guys infinite wisdom
ok so for my women's studies class i am doing a project on women in music. indie girl groups to be specific. i know i will be doing a lot about kathleen hanna (bikini kill and la tigre) , and melissa ferrick, but i was wondering if anyone has suggestions of other lesser known bands on indie labels to include, who have sociopolitical messages in their music. that would be great!!
