the other night, at the loft
scott and i experienced a different kind of show
then we had been used to
but the adventure was worthwhile
seeing greg wood play out his entire ego
(with a wave machine playing behind him)

this is how the 'Three' situation went
i went up to them
told them the story of the girl at the george clinton concert
who sat with them and played guitar
they completely remember me
loved me
gave me a copy of thier new cd
i would have stayed for thier entire set
maybe talked to them afterwards
but the scene at the loft was getting old

so after a few really decent acts
and two horrible life altering ones
we left
headed back to the New Paltz
i showered
scott was tired
so i left him
and returned to my favorite place
the highway.
