abilify
so my doctors had me on abilify fr the past 3 weeks r so and so far its not helping AT ALL.
i had a breakdown last night in front of my parents for no reason...
my moods are still unstable..though they're not usually as extreme as they used to be. it IS helping a little
gaah..
got a doctors appointment on the 10th for it but idk if hes gonna change my meds r not.
im going to a psychologist tomorrow for the first time...kinda nervous
im just kinda frustrated
