I installed this... but Russia hasn't got a scarf and Estonia hasn't got a glasses T_T Why...?

Russia's scarf is not included (as noted), here's the link to download it.

And Estonia's glasses... woops! It must be some kind of error. Either way, you can download them by following this link.

Both downloads are at MTS2, and you must be registered to download them. It's free, and that place is full of amazing downloads~

Please let me know if you have any other problem.

MTS2 is down. Where else can I get Russia's Scarf Mesh and Austria's Glasses Mesh?

Nowhere, you will have to wait. MYS2 won't take long to get back to normal, try in an hour or tomorrow, i'm sure it will be okay then.
