Not much has been going on. I work, go to school, and hang out with Ari, and that's about it. Yesterday I accidently didn't go to school again because my alarm clock didn't go off and at 8ish Ari came in and I woke up to him shaking me awake and was all startled, and he asked me if I wanted to go to school and I was like, "eh, screw it" and So I just didn't. I tried on those jeans that I bought with the credit form the jeans mom bought me. They don't fit. They're too big. I'll need a size 7. Yay. They make me feel unfat. We went to Huntington Beach in search of indian food. We failed to find the indian food, but we did re-find this great little fabric store, Ari let me go through pattern books in there even though I know I was boring the hell out of him. then we came home and he went to class. Well, sort of. We attempted to come home, got caught in traffic, and he just went straight to class, so I went with him. I walked over the the shopping center across from the college, intended to go to the mall when I was done, but I went into Tuesday Morning and wandered around there and by the time I had reached the end of the last aisle, after going through the whole store, Ari called. Perfect timing. They had a really cute glow in the dark piggy bank and some cheesy CDs. I almost bought a few but I didn't, probably for the best.
After that, we went to the antique shop a door or so over, looked at all the antiques, looked at all the shiny stuff (Shiny! Yay!) and I realized how much I prefer older styling in jewelry to the modern stuff. Modern stuff, no matter how expensive, always seems to be unbearably gaudy and ugly. the stuff I was looking at had none of that, it was just simple and pretty. Lots of amethyst and emerald, too, which I liked. After that, I dunno, we went to Laguna beach, Ari called Terri, we walked over the sand for a while, it had been the first time in a long time I'd been there in daylight. So then we went and saw Terri, she's got a nice house, an awesome cat, that glared at us from the roof while we came in, and a couple of dogs and rabbits. She's cool, I like her. I guess not much else happened. When we left I was starting to fall asleep and we were going to go to dinner but I was falling asleep and dad wanted me home, so I owe Ari a dinner date.
I guess that's it. Not much going on. Yay.
