The Underworld fans among you may not be aware that they've started releasing a series of download-only EPs. I recommend both, though if you're only going to buy one "Lovely Broken Thing" is probably your best bet. It opens with what sounds like "Moaner" played at half-speed before seguing into some pretty interesting and varied stuff, including a part that reminds me of Nitzer Ebb or latter-day Wire. "Pizza For Eggs" is good too, but it's pretty much one long spacey-dub trip that brings to mind the softer tracks on Dubno and STITI. Anyway, they're up for grabs at the not-bad price of five lbs. sterling apiece, including artwork, photos, and other goodies.
