Child Safety Alert:
Evenflo Recalls Convertible High Chairs Due to Fall Hazard: The activity tray on the high chair can unexpectedly detach and allow an unrestrained child to fall, posing a risk of injury to the child.
Incidents/Injuries: Evenflo has received 18 reports of trays that detached, including eight reports of children who fell from the high chair and sustained bumps and bruises.

Tots in Mind Crib and Play yard Tents These products pose a risk of serious injury or death due to strangulation and entrapment hazards presented by these products if the dome portion inverts inside the crib or play yard, or if the product becomes partially detached from the crib or play yard.
