Squeeing: Even though this starts out slow, it's really fascinating once it gets going. If the title wasn't so accurate, I might be suggested the author should title this "Inversions" since it's about a really twisted relationship between Naruto and Sasuke, which keeps inverting their situations. I find how the concept of mental abuse really intriguing when described like this. Definitely not a cheerful read... Sasuke's revenge-minded mentality is so very broken, but perfectly justifiable (from a characterization standpoint).
Excerpt: But Sasuke was probably home, and he didn’t really want to see him yet. He wanted a break from the tension between the two of them. Even now, three years later, Sasuke still resented him for being the one to deal the killing blow, for being strong enough to defeat Itachi.
