the ides of july
mmmmm. do you smell that? it's something in the air. i can't quite put my finger on what the aroma is.....oh wait, i think i know what it is now. i do indeed believe that it is the fragrance of wedding fever.
yesterday i went to courtney and dustin's wedding. it was a very cute ceremony. i didn't take my camera because quite frankly, my camera annoys me. so once shaktown puts her pics up, i'll steal them and post them here. anyways, about the wedding. outdoors, sunflowers, paper umbrellas, hunter's steakhouse, black, SUN, extreeeeeeme heat. pure casual elegance.
around town shopping with shakotta. what an experience. hmmm. enough said.
jenelle's black and white affair. the girl is cute and nice, but it was too bad that shakotta and i arrived there fashionably late. "fashionably" meaning 3 hours. apparently by the time we got there everyone was starting to leave. understandable. so the beej called and he came to rescue me. thank goodness for beefrys.
well that was my 15th of july. though it was not the perfect day, i quite enjoyed myself. southern california is like my drug...i'm so addicted to it. i feel so at home, nothing could ever take me away from this place. except God. but i hope he knows my heart well enough that He wouldn't do that. but who knows.
