NOTE: This thread log is separated into parts (Kokuyo Ghost Stories, Children's Party/Parade, Vongola Masquerade) arranged according to time (Kokuyo will happen in the morning, the Parade in the afternoon and the Masquerade in the evening), which will serve as the main highlights of the Halloween event, so to speak. Please also be reminded that everything that happens in this log thread is happening on October 31, despite it being posted early. Yes. Also, play nice and use condoms.
The City Council decided it was a wonderful idea to celebrate Halloween, since, well, Roppongi was doing it, why the hell not Namimori?
So they sent word to all establishments about their plans to celebrate Halloween. The Children's Halloween from 1 to 3 in the afternoon, the Parade, the Costume Parties, and the Halloween Storytelling Event at the bookshops (the most anticipated was Kokuyo's).
All in all, Halloween was going to be a blast.
