The papers made soft thudding noises on Leo's desk as he straightened it out, smoothing over the edges so they made a neat little stack. Post-it notes were plastered on the edge of his computer monitor, and Leo plucked off a blue sheet, glancing over the notes hastily scribbled on pencil. It was almost ten o'clock, when he was supposed to come to Uni's office. She had sent him a short email, requesting his assistance with something Leo didn't know. He was curious, of course, but there was nothing else in the message except the time, date, and location. Well, he would find out when he arrived.
He had gotten as much of his own work done as he could in the two hours he'd been in office since morning. Who knew how long this business of hers would take, and it wasn't like he could decline. It could be just a trivial matter, too, though Uni wasn't like Byakuran, who called for him for things entirely unrelated to work. It was quite annoying, really.
The door to his office closed with a click, and Leo tugged at the tie at his neck as he walked toward the elevator. Well, it was time.
Five minutes later, he was in front of Uni's door, knocking gently.
