Aged Batch 2
If y'all remember, we filled one of the oak barrels with batch 2, the sweeter batch. I poured a glass for myself.
Taste of woody nuttyness, definitely smoother, not as sharp as the other batches. smooth and easy to drink.
I think one of the other sharp batches would benefit greatly from the aging.
Also the most recent batch is done. Havn't tasted it yet.
