Valentines Day: Rachel and Beth came over for dinner. Jacqui and Rachel actually cooked teh meal (chicken with rice and zuchinni with some sort of cream-cheese sauce...SO GOOD!) and I made the cocktail sauce for the shrimp. We all had wine (Reisling) and we set up the "dining room" table for our food and it was really nice. Had a candle lit and everything. I had Jacqui's short little stubble of a chair to sit in and had to put a pillow on top of it, but it was fun. We had a lot of fun just sitting and talking most of the night.
Christie: Just started talking to the girl after randomly meeting her at Rosies about a month ago. We hit it off right now. She's awesome and loves animals as much as me. We've hung out a few times and she's come over to watch movies and what not. We just get along really well, and she's really funny. We've gone to Applebee's and Borders...oh and she took the pig off my hands, but she swapped her mice (5 in total) for him. We traded pets, but she likes the pig, and I like the mice, so we're square. :)
Rosies: Went with Ian and Rachel and Becky last weekend. Saw Renee and Lauren and Heather and Brandi there. Saw Annie and Gyneea there too. I havent really seen any of them for a while, so it was nice. Had a few rought patches, but thats the usual at Rosies. Can never go a time there without some sort of drama somehow someway. Im used to it by now tho. Ha.
Ian: Ian and I are gonna try to live together this upcoming May. We're gonna take a look at Eagles Landing since the apartments there are A: only $50 more a month that the one Im in now, B: Are bigger, and C: are closer to campus. We already know that we'd get along perfectly fine living together since hell, she's been on our couch so much lately. Should be fun, and interesting. The Wife said that we should have a house-warming party if we do end up there. And then everyone will be invited from PID and the gay-circle that we get a long with.
Snowboarding: Going snowboarding again this weekend w/ Colleen and her friends and Kellster and Jasmine and her friends and Jacqui and Rachel are gonna go. Ian may come too. Im gonna be SOOO freakin sore its not even gonna be funny. But with all of us going down the hill together, it's gonne be hysterical. Especially since I've only been once, Jac's never been and everyone else (aside from Colleen and her friends) dont really have a clue as to whats going on other than minor instruction. Oh its gonna be fun!! XD
School: School is...well school. Im not particularly fond of any of my classes. The Schmidl is lacking on the fun/funny aspect of Geog. of Ohio. Had him for 3 classes previous to this, and he's just now starting to be really boring. Damn, am I disappointed. Climatology is dull. I mean, its interesting, and Sheridan is an ok guy, but fact of the matter is, its usually just dull. I hate my Natural Resources class because for one, there isnt really any material and everything rides on 3 papers (of which I am just SO lost about) and the final exam which is actually just a poster project. Frankly, I'd much rather have exams. At least then I could study SOMETHING and know what the hell is going on instead of guesstimating all the damn time. Grrr....Astronomy...yeah, havent been to that class since the first exam. *cough cough* I hate it. Petrology is ok. I mean, I'm still thrilled that I got that C on the exam..more than thrilled actually, and Palmer is just fucking HYSTERICAL but sometimes I just feel so lost in that class, I stare at the board going..."um...huh?" when everyone else seems to know what exactly is going on. I feel so dumb around my fellow geology students. I've caught on A LOT since the beginning of the semester b/c Palmer is going over the stuff from Mineralogy that Carlson should have explained better, so at least I know what the hell Im doing in some respect, but the class in itself is just nerve-racking. Goyen!!
Ok, thats all for now. Im off work and Ian is going to buy Jacqui and Rachel and I all dinner at Applebee's tonite. WOot woot! :)
Cant WAIT!! Later ya'll!
