Time for Aqua-Mom!
So Sis and I had an AMAZING time together. I really miss being able to hang like that. I already miss her to bits.
I forgot to post the first part of Aqua's story before Sis and I had our adventures, so I should be posting more soon. Otherwise, things have been busy, but that's nothing new.
Randomly, I want to do a comic/anatomy study (Rated G!) with KH characters. Been wanting to do it for a few years, actually, just I'm really itching to do it again. ...If I can get time/my butt in gear.
Also, I had a fun but odd little dream on the 26th.
Dreamt I was playing BBS, and there was an odd but interesting cutscene. Apparently I was wondering if I was dreaming while it was happening, but decided I couldn’t be because it was far too detailed and realistic. I could even see the hard edges of polygons:
Sienna dust flies across the barren terrain. Is it the Keyblade Graveyard? Perhaps, but not a single Keyblade is seen standing silent vigil over the sunset-lit landscape. A road can barely be made out in the cracked soil, and even then it struggles not to be drowned by the flying sand.
Stumbling down from a crossroads is a silver-haired youth in a white leather coat and a dark blindfold. The legs of his jeans are already tinted brown. He holds his arm up near his face to protect it from the searing wind. As a cliff wall looms closely, a Keyblade does indeed made itself known. Plunged into the ground at the cliff’s base is Way to the Dawn. Despite the harsh terrain, the torquois eye still gleams, seeming to watch the struggling newcomer.
He draws close and pulls it from amongst the rocks. As he does so, the bottom of his sleeves and coat shine as light burns black designs into the leather. Swirling tribals not unlike Sora’s Final Form’s appear as the Keyblade Wielder draws power from his new weapon.
But suddenly, all is dark and peaceful. Crickets chirp in the night as the youth is running, more casually-dressed, in front of a nice two-story house. His jeans are no longer coated in dust, and in place of the leather coat is simply a white vest overtop a sleeveless black-zippered shirt. Part of one of the house’s white walls is being scaled by leafy vines, and the young man, in turn, scales them up to a balcony. The lights are on, casting an inviting glow as he runs in, laughing.
But the laughter is not that of a teenager, but that of a young boy.
A very young Riku makes it into the basement, stick-in-hand and looking proud that he wasn’t caught. There, little Sora stands on a barstool, reaching for a rail. Unable to reach, he asks for help. Riku grabs a barstool of his own and gets the plastic hanger Sora was trying to reach with relative ease. Seeing this, Sora pouts, complaining it’s not fair Riku could reach it while he couldn’t. Though I don’t remember the reply, the result of their efforts was clear. In the dim, gray basement, made labyrynthine by huge, sturdy boxes, Sora took up the stick in both hands and Riku the hanger in his right. There, the two dueled as they would for years to come.
And now for your regularly scheduled BBS comments:
*Reads Report 10.* GAH, I’d WONDERED if that man in the shot was a young Xehanort!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny, Riku wanted to “be like that kid.” He got his wish. So then, how exactly did he manage to get off? I doubt he built a raft. ...Maybe Kairi wasn’t the inspiration for Riku’s desire to get off in the first place. Or she just helped. Or maybe Riku’s original motives got lost over the years and forgotten.
Oh SHEESH, no kidding she doesn’t hit hard. Was I spoiled by Faith and Salvation or what?
So what WAS that special information? We kinda skipped right over all that.
And queue the first time we hear her theme. Man, Eraqus really is worried. And here I thought maybe she was watching to see if he qualified and that Eraqus was worried he may not IN ADDITION to the Darkness. No, just the darkness.
Oh Aqua... You have such faith in him.

OKAY, AQUA, is level 10 enough??? I swear, Did Ven get into situations with 3 Bruisers at once? Noooo! I really think they set this up harder for her, too. Though that would explain why it didn’t take long to level that fast.

WELL SAID Fairy Godmother! The writers have my respect for giving her that wisdom.
