A priestess at the Straylize Temple. Philia knows a lot about the history of the War Between Earth and Heaven (US: A'ether Wars), because that's what she's been studying. This woman with glasses had never seen the outside world until she joined the party to retrieve the Eye of God, after being cured by Stan. Philia speaks in a polite manner and uses honorifics to call everyone, even to her friends. She's also sweet and somewhat naive, clumsy. However, don't let that fool you; she does have a "psycho" mode, as a matter of fact.

Surprisingly enough, Philia can't use healing spells, despite her being a priestess. In exchange, she has many powerfull magical spells augmented by her Swordian, Clemente. She is also able to fight indepedently with her hand-made bombs, which were named after her first name; "Philia Bomb"s.
