French manicure

Teheehee. I got my nails done. Yes, I'm a sick nerd for actually putting the picture up but I like it and I haven't got nails done for about 300 years now and I feel clean. And yes, I know, I have funny looking nails the size of baby termites. So yeah, that's practically all I did today, that and go online. I didn't go to school and from what I heard, only 5 people from my class turned up anyway. Wow. That's what I call commitment. Tomorrow, I will be going in though, feel kinda bad for missing Art lessons. Mr Tan, my Art teacher is an awesome man. One of the only teachers in this world I probably truly respect and like.
Yesterday, the examiners came down to mark the installation pieces for my school, man it was tense. But it's over, no more project for any of us. Great thought isn't it. They did only take up an hour to view all the projects though, I'm hoping they graded us well. Our projects are truly ours and no one elses which is great, no overpowering teacher influence. The principal and the HOD bitch Ms Tan couldn't stop whining about our projects, and they have no idea what Art is. When they see an installation, they see photographs and leaves not what the whole piece really is, which is beauty. I had to explain to Mr Quek the meaning of negative space, talk about moron defined. And you know what I realise, I hate people critisizing my Art unless I respect them fully as artists. If I don't, I just feel like strangling them.
