So, to anyone who wants to know why I've dropped off the face of the planet, it's because I'm in Israel. Still. I never came home. :) I met these two guys on the trip, Danny and Zach, and have been traveling around with them. We've met up with Tedi, this awesome chick from Wellesley, and are now traveling with her, too. So far we've been all around Israel (we're in Jerusalem for Shabbat), Sinai in Egypt where we sat on a beach, sleeping, eating, and smoking pot for 3 days, and Petra in Jordan where I got to see where the Indiana Jones movie was filmed. I've hiked absolutely everywhere including up and down a gi-normous valley where you had to climb down iron handles in the wall of the rock cliff, jump into a huge pool of water, and swim 30 meters to the other side before continuing down. I've gotten piss drunk in Haifa (Israel) the night before renting a car and driving to Jerusalem. I've seen the second most important B'hai temple of which there are only seven in the world. I've taken a tour of the Golan Wineries and tasted the most delicious wine ever. I lost my glasses while skinny dipping in the Mediterranean Sea at sunset, which is the most beautiful sight in the world (not me, the sunset). I've visited the Western Wall twice, done an underground archeaological dig, gone on a underground water cave tour in pitch black, oh, and I've gone on three absolutely stupendous hard-core mountain bike rides where I almost died like 80 times but didn't. Unfortunately I can't stay here much longer because I'm running out of money, so I'll be home on the 22nd, just in time to get my wisdome teeth out on the 24th. So, if you're like Thursday and have been trying to get in touch with me but couldn't and didn't know why, sorry! I'll be home then. You could try to email me, but my email opportunities are sporadic, though I'll be connected for the next few days while I'm here in Jersusalem. Hope everyone else is well!
