no I'm not dead
I felt that way for much of October after having bronchitis first cause laryngitis and force me to shut up for 3 days, then after a brief respite, have a second bout which straddled the line of penumonia before antibiotics prevailed.
All in all, a sucky October - only made it out to 2/12 shows I had intended to see
of course the two ended up being Gogol Bordello and Balkan Beat Box, so it could have been worse.
Going to Prague over Thanksgiving - seemed a good time to go
DC-ites - Peelander-Z is Thursday at DC9
Bang! Bang! (who I first saw open for Peelander-Z) is the following Thursday at The Red & the Black
and I probably could easily be tempted to see Wristcutters again now that its been released to the art theatres
more news and especially thoughts as events warrant
