even if I too was disappointed in the lack of a roasted head dish
even better, he brought in his top aides from Cafe Atlantico (& Minibar) and Zatinya as his sous chefs, so now I know what they look like
AND, I saw how they make those wicked "airs" that they serve at Cafe Atlantico. awesomness abounds
perhaps this is an ever better beacon as the 2nd leg of the Concacaf Champions Cup between DC United and CD Guadalajara (aka Chivas aka "The Goats") is Tuesday night, with the MLS season beginning on the weekend
