This is unbelievably sad. Perhaps the fact that somehow, while reading this, someone turned on Doomsday, AND the Doomsday theme played on Realplayer's shuffle play coulda added to it...but...

Some of the subtleties her POV added, like making 'quite right to' a common response, and a unique look at the rose-pregnant-lie thing seemed to magnify it.

Though, I still say he looked more poleaxed at the thought of someone else having his Rose :P Love the idea that if he knew, he'd rip apart universes, though.
