Super frustrated with technology
Okay, so here i am on Christmas day....
For the most part I realize I am happy, lucky, content and whatnot, however, I am nursing quite the headache over my MP3 player, downloading, uploading, and whatever.
See, my mom got me this Mp3 player and I guess I'm not as smart as I thought because I'm finding it incredibly difficult to get anything done!
I want to add music to it and it's just driving me bonkers!!!!
GRRRRR!
How does one take a CD, put it in their computer and change the cd songs to upload/downloadable format to put onto their (non)-I-POD mp3 player? I haven't the slightest fucking idea...or maybe I do but my attempts have only left me frustrated with an empty mp3 player.
Okay, now so that this isn't all about bitching I will relate some sweet stories/notions:
Things that rock about Christmas/holidays:
- no work
- lots of food, yummy, home made food from Sam's mom's kitchen
- plenty of beer, generally, spread here and there throughout the season
- lots of laughs and good times around the bend
- people trying to be nicer to eachother and trying to see the good in everyone
- a sense of perspective
- chocolate! AND MORE chocolate!
- Getting those sweet gifts of things that you needed but couldn't afford to or *didn't want to* spend yr own (meager) money on ;)
