Walking in a Winter Wonderland
Wow!! It's so pretty outside. Everything, and I mean everything, is frozen solid. Last night when I went to the Rookery we turned the defroster on high for 10 minutes and the ice didn't melt at all so Lance used one of my old CDs to scrape the 1/2 inch ice off my car. Then it seemed like I was driving drunk because there was so much water on my windshield, but we finally made it. When we got there they were getting ready to close down so I pretty much said "hey" to a couple of people and left...nothing too exciting. So, anyway, back to the ice...
I was going to drive home, but you can ice-skate on the roads, limbs are falling off trees b/c the ice is too heavy, and my car door won't budge b/c it's frozen with icecicles hanging off the door handles. Well, I'm going to go get dressed and take some pictures in the frozen/crunchy snow that isn't really snow anymore.
