I ran on a treadmill today because it was pouring rain. Unfortunately, I forgot my bandaids for my nipples. However, they didn't hurt while I was running so I figured I was fine. Actually, I didn't even really think about it until I was in the locker room and I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.



Of course I wore a white shirt today. What am I going to do with these bloody nipples? Argh! How embarrassing!
