I planned on drawing up the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and some of Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson's correspondences to each other and several people. Of course I was also fucking tired last night and passed out, so I'll try to sum it up since I have about 2 seconds before I have to leave to go vote and still try to make it in

Seriously though, Like Ken said, Even voting for a third party with a platform you support shows that you are more concerend with thier issues as opposed to the war in Iraq. Not to mention there is a whoel slew of local elections WHICH DIRECTLY AFFECTS YOU. You can't just always think national. If you want your property tax lowered, you better get into gear and vote (There is a referendum in this Years' Voting cycle for Property Tax reform, you can at least go out and VOTE FUCKING YES CAUSE WE FUCKING NEED PROPERTY TAX REFORM. That my friend will make your vote count.)
Remember our government system isn't only nationalistic, it's localized as well.
Secondly, jsut because everyone is rich doens't mean they are assholes. Ip ersonally believe mr McCain has his pulse on the people (And he's a republican none the less. I'll tell you if he had a shot at hte Republican Presidential Candidacy, I may just vote republican for once.). So don't sit there and stereo type, learn about your canidates damn it.

I'm not giving up, however I'm one person out of 300 million. I know what I think is right, but people need to wake up and be concerned. Half the people who are voting are just going to say that they did anyway. I'm educated on the issues at hand, problem is, not a whole lot of other people are. So I can wave my dick around and say that the country is fucked, but noone will care until you break their tv's and pop the tires on their SUV's. I'm no longer proud to be an American.
No, being rich does not make you an asshole, however, being a politician usually does. That doesn't mean there aren't a few good eggs out there. My vote is certainly going for Obama should he decide to run.
Problem is, McCain, Obama, or whomever will get a swift bullet in the head the second they start REALLY changing things.
